What we collect
Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, travel dates, traveller counts, budget ranges and the trip details you choose to share. When a booking proceeds we also collect passport details, dates of birth and dietary or accessibility requirements supplied for supplier records.
Why we collect it
Solely to plan, quote, book and support your travel or event. We use contact details to reply to enquiries, issue documents and reach you during travel. We do not build advertising profiles.
Payment information
Card details are never stored on our systems. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers over encrypted connections, or taken directly by the supplier of record.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers required to deliver your arrangements — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground operators, insurers and venue partners. We never sell personal data, and we never share it for marketing by third parties.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, and only authorised advisors can read it.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months and booking records for seven years where tax or liability law requires. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and keep signed-in team sessions active. No third-party advertising trackers are installed.
