Our role
Island Breeze Vacations acts as an agent arranging travel and event services provided by independent suppliers. Each supplier's own terms and conditions apply to your booking alongside these terms.
Quotations and confirmation
Quotations are indicative until deposits are received and supplier confirmations are issued in writing. Prices may change with currency movement, taxes or supplier surcharges before confirmation.
Planning fees
Custom itinerary planning carries a non-refundable planning fee stated before work begins. Event planning is quoted separately on scope.
Deposits and payment schedule
A deposit is required to hold arrangements. Balance due dates follow the strictest supplier deadline in your itinerary and are stated in your confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation by the supplier.
Changes and cancellation
Change and cancellation charges are set by the suppliers and can reach 100% of trip cost close to departure. All change requests must be made in writing to your advisor.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including medical and cancellation cover is strongly recommended for every traveller and is required for certain expedition and group arrangements.
Documentation
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit permits and health requirements. We provide guidance, but entry decisions rest with the authorities of the destination.
Liability
We are not liable for the acts, omissions or default of independent suppliers, nor for events beyond reasonable control including weather, strikes, civil unrest or airline schedule changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
